Best Western® Hotels & Resorts chooses Revbell RMS to manage Revenue Management across 334 hotels in France

The hotel group is combining artificial intelligence with Revbell’s industry expertise to give its properties simplified access to a new generation of Revenue Management.

Following a competitive tender process, Best Western® Hotels & Resorts has selected Revbell as the Revenue Management System (RMS) for its entire network.

The group was convinced by the platform’s ability to turn data into clear, explainable and immediately actionable pricing decisions. Best Western has therefore chosen an approach that goes beyond traditional RMS solutions, enabling its hotels to sustainably optimise their revenue.

The rollout will begin in November 2026.

Revenue Management: a matter of expertise

Connected PMS platforms, channel managers and APIs have made dynamic pricing widely accessible. Setting and adjusting room rates has never been easier. Yet implementing the right strategy and reacting at the right time still require specialist knowledge, experience and expertise. Revbell brings together technology and Revenue Management expertise.

For BWH, the objective is clear: to give every hotelier, regardless of the size of their property, access to advanced expertise and analysis in an increasingly competitive environment.

“We are proud to announce this partnership with Revbell and above all delighted to make it available to all 334 of our hotels, with an RMS included in their membership fees. This is a major and decisive step: as market shifts become increasingly frequent and unpredictable, managing hotels based on intuition and experience alone is becoming risky. Dynamic pricing is a strategic priority and AI is finally making this discipline accessible and understandable to all our hoteliers.

We chose Revbell for the transparency of its algorithm, its long-standing and recognised expertise in Revenue Management and its close, personalised support in French, tailored to the needs of our properties. But the deciding factor was Nancie, its AI agent: she explains, recommends and executes strategies without operating as a black box, just as an expert would when asked questions in natural language. Nancie suggests, explains and recommends, but the final decision always remains with the hotelier, who retains full control over their strategy.

With 2027 shaping up to be a year of considerable uncertainty, we have decided to accelerate: the entire network will be equipped from January 1st. This transformation project aims to help our hoteliers embrace an increasingly technology-driven environment, a key driver of performance, while freeing up time for what matters most in our profession: welcoming our guests.” Celine Gaubert, COO, BWH France

What made the difference for Best Western: Nancie, Revbell RMS’s AI agent

Hoteliers and Revenue Managers can consult Nancie and ask her questions just as they would an expert, using natural language: about a room rate, an upcoming event or a booking trend. This directly addresses Best Western’s ambition: to give every hotelier access to the expertise of a Revenue Manager on a daily basis.

Beyond AI: the quality of decisions and human expertise

For Best Western, choosing Revbell reflects its commitment to providing its properties with tools that combine technological innovation with operational relevance. Hotels across the network will benefit from more accurate insights into their performance, improved demand forecasting and a greater ability to identify new revenue opportunities.

High-quality decision-making also relies on comprehensive two-way integrations with the PMS platforms used by the network’s hotels (Mews, Hotsoft, Protel…) and their channel managers, allowing the platform to integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Head office teams gain a consolidated yet granular view of performance and forecasts, while each property benefits from Revenue Management tailored to its specific needs.

This collaboration also reflects a broader transformation within the hospitality industry. As artificial intelligence becomes more widely accessible, true differentiation lies less in the ability to generate recommendations than in the quality of the data being analysed, the relevance of the models used and the industry expertise underpinning them.

Revbell has built its approach around this conviction, with a clear ambition: to integrate the entire Revenue Management process into its platform and provide users with effective, ongoing support to ensure full adoption.

“We are particularly proud that Best Western France has chosen Revbell RMS to manage Revenue Management across its 334 hotels in France. The trust placed in us by such a major player in the hospitality industry is a genuine recognition of our expertise and reinforces our commitment to providing every property with the best of both technology and human support.

For 15 years, we have supported businesses across a wide range of sectors, from hotels and holiday residences to outdoor hospitality and ticketing. Yet regardless of the industry, the question always remains the same: which pricing strategy should be adopted to maximise revenue? Our role is to provide a concrete answer, grounded in our Revenue Management expertise, aligned with each organisation’s commercial strategy and understandable and actionable for everyone within its ecosystem.

With Nancie, our AI agent, we are taking another step forward: giving every hotel manager access to a true digital Revenue Manager, capable of recommending the best pricing strategies, analysing trends and producing relevant reports. The objective is twofold: to optimise revenue while freeing up time so teams can focus on what matters most.

Technological advances are as exciting as they are impressive, both in terms of their speed and the new capabilities they unlock. We are delighted to bring these innovations to life at Revbell for the benefit of Best Western hotels.” Romain Charié, CEO and Co-founder of Revbell

An RMS (Revenue Management System) turns data into pricing decisions: it forecasts demand, recommends rates and helps hoteliers identify new revenue opportunities.
