I’m Emmanuelle Jovani, in charge of network management and human resources at Gîtes de France®. In this capacity, I also oversee the Gîtes de France® Academy.
Since its creation in 1955, Gîtes de France® has established itself as a committed and responsible player in the tourism industry. Gîtes de France® is a network of self-catering cottages, with over 42,000 owners offering more than 55,000 accommodations.
Our aim was to help Gîtes de France® owners and agencies adjust their accommodation rates to the market and the season. It was precisely to achieve this objective that we called on Revbell’s expertise. We wanted our agencies to acquire best practices in revenue management and pricing.

What I particularly appreciate about working with Revbell is that they took the time to understand our network. Our structure is unique, very different from a classic hotel network or standardized vacation resorts. Each Gîtes de France® accommodation is unique, with its own specificities and opening periods. Revbell took the time to understand our way of working, the DNA of Gîtes de France and our needs.
For me, what sets Revbell apart is their ability to offer customized training, adapted to our specific objectives and in line with our culture, as well as our desire to build customer loyalty. They were able to adapt by offering training courses that were operational, of moderate duration and at a distance, which was essential given the geographical dispersion of our employees in France. This flexibility greatly facilitated participation.
We’ve been offering Revbell training to our teams for three years now, and to date over 120 people have been trained, including 60 in 2023 alone!
The feedback is very positive. The training courses are judged to be comprehensive and tailored to their needs. The final module, which focuses on improving Excel skills, enables practical application of the RM levers and best practices set out in the previous modules. Participants appreciate the pedagogical approach and practical content, and emphasize the clarity and pace of the lessons.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Revbell, as Revenue Management remains a key lever in our business. It is essential for us to continue to progress in this area. We particularly appreciate the fact that Revbell is constantly challenging itself and regularly proposes new modules adapted to our needs. This proactive approach is much appreciated!
