Could you please introduce yourself?

I am Marie ZNAMIEC, Commercial and Marketing Director of the France Thermes group. We manage several thermal spa resorts and have developed a thermal resort concept. These establishments offer a comprehensive range of treatments, including medically prescribed thermal cures and wellness treatments such as thalassotherapy. Additionally, they provide accommodation, dining, and various activities. The story of France Thermes began over 10 years ago with our first resort, Bo’resort, located in Bagnoles de l’Orne. Today, we operate 6 resorts.

In what context did you call on Revbell?

After the departure of our in-house Revenue Manager, we reviewed our strategy and decided not to immediately fill the position full-time. It was in this context that we turned to Revbell. Today, we benefit from the services of a dedicated consultant with whom we regularly communicate on a weekly basis.

We have been collaborating with our consultant since 2022, and Revbell provides a backup when they are on leave.

How did your consultant work with the existing team and processes? How did the integration go?

The Revbell consultant is fully part of our team, even though they are external. We organize weekly check-ins and monthly meetings with general management and our president regarding financial matters.

They collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams, being in daily contact with our B2B and B2C teams, as we run numerous commercial offers. The goal is to decide whether to accept a specific group or seminar, or whether to launch a particular offer with a direct partner… We regularly seek their expertise and challenge their recommendations.

Then, based on our internal strategy and commercial policy, we make decisions and set directions together with the site directors.

Overall, how would you rate your experience working with Revbell?

Beyond the daily Revenue Management follow-up, we also worked with another member of the Revbell team, Florent Manotta, who assisted us in selecting our future property management system (PMS).

He was assigned by our IT Director. We collaborated on the specifications, considered possible solutions, and received recommendations from Revbell. We also had the opportunity to meet software vendors alongside Florent.
