The user agrees not to disrupt, slow down, block or alter the normal flow of data exchanged on the Site. The user is prohibited from fraudulently accessing, maintaining, hindering or disrupting n-and-c.eu’s information systems and in particular the servers and networks connected to the Site. The user may not refuse to comply with any requirements, procedures, general rules or regulatory provisions applicable to the networks. The user undertakes to comply with the relevant legal provisions applicable to information circulating on the Internet and/or on the Site, and shall in any event remain solely liable for any infringement of third-party rights that may result from his or her use of the Site. The user is the only judge of his legal, contractual and/or judicial right to access and/or use the Site.
